What is eSpree?
ESpree is a unique shopping site that bring you good deals from a broad range of suppliers. 

How do I know that the eSpree products are really good value for money?
Compare our prices with retail shops and you will be hard-pressed to find lower prices for similar products elsewhere.

Are these prices for real? How do you manage to get such good deals?
We work with suppliers who need to sell limited-quantity products within a short span of time, for various reasons such as to make room for other incoming products. By working directly with us, our suppliers also reduce their overhead costs. Hence they are able to offer very good prices through the eSpree website.

What products can I find at eSpree?
We aim to offer products and services for the whole family – including fashion and household items, toys, educational products and more. As a very new site, our range of products is still growing, so be sure to check in with us often.
 
How do I take part in eSpree?
You need to sign up for EduCommunity membership  – membership is free. If you are already an EduCommunity member, you will automatically be entitled to reserve eSpree products as long as you have logged in. However, do note that for you to successfully reserve eSpree products, we will need to have a record of your handphone number so that we can send you the confirmation code for each reservation. If you have not provided us with your handphone number, click here to update your records. As an EduCommunity member, you will be able to reserve eSpree products, receive exclusive updates on new products, participate in the EduCommunity online Forum and be entitled to exclusive deals and contests just for members.

How do I know what products are available?
On the website, you will find different categories of products such as For Him, For Her, for the Family etc. Click on each category to see which products are available right now. Do note that the quantities of each product are limited, and can be reserved on a first-come-first served basis. Once the available quantity of each product has been fully reserved, the product will not be available for reservation any more. As an EduCommunity member, you will also be able to give us feedback on the products you would like us to source for.

I see a product I want. What do I do next?
First, make sure that you have signed up as an EduCommunity member (click here to join), and have logged into the site. For every product that is displayed in this site, there will be a product description and a ‘Click here to reserve’ button. The product description will contain the seller’s details (including where to collect the product), price and product details. Simply click on the ‘Click here to reserve’ button for the product you want. You will be prompted to confirm your reservation. Once you confirm your reservation of a product, you will receive an sms with a unique confirmation code that you will need to show to the seller when collecting and paying for your purchase.

Do I need to pay for my products online?
No. eSpree is based on a ‘Reserve NOW, Pay LATER’ concept. Reserving a product ensures that you are entitled to We do not collect payment on behalf of our product suppliers. You will pay the seller directly when collecting your product. You may contact the seller if you require further information.

How do I know that the product will be reserved for me at the stated price?
All our suppliers have a commitment to ensure that the products they sell through our website will be made available for sale to the members who reserve them, subject to the stated price and quantity available. However, you will need to abide by the conditions (if any) that may be stated by the seller in the product description, i.e. time period to collect product, venue and mode of payment etc.

I am interested to sell my products through eSpree. What do I do?
Send us an email with your name, short description of your product(s) and your contact number to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , with ‘Sell with eSpree’ in the subject field. We will contact you within the next working day.
